Who processes the data
The data controller is WELOAD EXPRESS S.R.L., VAT RO52343427, registration number J2025061905004, with its registered office at Str. Libertății nr. 55A, Bolintin-Vale, Giurgiu County, Romania. You can write to us at any time at contact@transport-agabaritic.net.
What data we collect
- the data you fill in on the quote forms: name, company, phone, email, loading and unloading places, the description, dimensions and weight of the cargo, the preferred date, the message and the attached files;
- the minimal technical data kept by the hosting provider in the server logs (for example the IP address and browser type), needed for the site to work and stay secure.
Why we use it
- to answer your request and prepare the quote and, where applicable, the transport contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679);
- for the security of the site and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
Only as far as necessary for the quote and the transport: partner carriers and the suppliers involved (for example for permits or escort), the hosting and email provider, and the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer the request and for any follow-up discussions related to it. If you become a customer, we keep the documents for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can write to us at contact@transport-agabaritic.net. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
Cookies
The site does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies, and the fonts and other resources are hosted on our own server. If we add such tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
