Boat and yacht transport
A leisure boat or a work boat quickly becomes an oversize transport: the hull width exceeds 2.55 m, and the height on the trailer, 4 m. We organise road transport of boats between shipyards, ports, marinas and customers, in Romania and from Europe.

What we transport
Between shipyards, ports, marinas and customers, in Romania and from Europe.
- motor and sailing yachts;
- motor launches and rigid-hull boats;
- work boats, pontoons and fishing boats;
- new boats, from the shipyards;
- ship hulls and shipbuilding sections.
Preparing for the road
Before transport, the mast, aerials, windscreen or hardtop are removed, if possible, to reduce the height. Loose items are secured or taken off, and the boat is placed on a cradle or on supports shaped to the hull. We photograph the condition of the boat at loading.
Width, height and route
The hull width quickly exceeds 2.55 m, and the height on the trailer, keel included, 4 m. Above 3.20 m width the transport needs an escort. Along the route we check clearances and narrow passages, especially at the entrances to ports and marinas.
At the destination, the boat is unloaded by crane or travel lift, straight into the water or onto a winter cradle. We schedule the unloading with the marina or the shipyard, so the transport does not have to wait.

Frequently asked questions
Does the mast have to be removed?
Usually, yes. Without the mast, the height drops considerably and the transport can use more routes, with fewer restrictions.
Can you bring a boat bought in Italy or the Netherlands?
Yes. We coordinate the loading with the seller or the marina and obtain the permits for every country on the route.
What insurance does the boat have on the road?
CMR insurance is included. For high-value boats we recommend all-risk insurance on request.
