Industrial relocations and factory moves
Moving a factory or a production line is a project with dozens of packages, heavy machinery and one constraint that really matters: production must restart as quickly as possible. We coordinate industrial relocations between factories in Romania and across Europe, from the transport plan to unloading next to the new foundations.

How we plan an industrial relocation
Inventory and packing list
We start from the list of machines, with dimensions, weights and lifting points. Each package gets a number and a label saying where it is to be installed.
The order of dismantling and transport
We plan the transports in waves, tied to dismantling and installation: what leaves first, what arrives first on the new foundations.
Permits and equipment
We determine which packages are oversize, obtain the permits for each country and book the right trailers, plus standard trucks for the rest.
Execution and reporting
We coordinate the loading with the dismantling crews, track each transport and report to you daily on what has left and what has arrived.
Dismantling, packing and handling
We work with installation and rigging crews and coordinate with the manufacturer's technicians. Machines are protected with film and anti-corrosion packaging, sensitive components travel in crates, and electrical cabinets and small parts are palletised and labelled.
We photograph each machine before loading, so that its condition is documented.
- production lines and conveyors;
- presses, CNC machines and injection moulding machines;
- furnaces, dryers and installations;
- electrical cabinets and auxiliary equipment;
- spare parts and tools.
Relocations from Europe to Romania
When a production line comes from Germany, Italy or another European country, there are no customs formalities within the EU, but every oversize package needs the permits from all the countries on the route. For relocations from the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Turkey, customs clearance is added.
What to send us for a relocation quote
- the list of machines, with dimensions, weights and photos;
- the addresses of the old and the new factory and the access conditions;
- the desired schedule: when production stops and when it must restart;
- who does the dismantling and installation;
- whether packing and temporary storage are needed.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also handle dismantling?
We work with installation and rigging crews and coordinate with the manufacturer's technicians. We are responsible for planning and carrying out the transport, and the dismantling is done by a crew chosen by mutual agreement.
How long does an industrial relocation take?
It depends on the number of packages, the distance and the permits. We draw up a staged schedule, tied to the shutdown and restart of production, and update it as we go.
Can I move just part of the line?
Yes. We plan only the packages that are leaving and take into account what remains in operation at the old factory.
